• Any emails we send you will only contain and information or promotions about The Angry Grandfather products and services. These links are for your information only you can go directly to our website.


• The Angry Grandfather only ask you to enter your username and password when you're logging onto your account

What we don't do:

• When you logon we do not require you to enter anything other than your Username and Password


• The Angry Grandfather will never request you provide information, like your username/password other than at logon


• We will not send an email asking for information via an html or form or ask to fill in any information via email

We advise that you:

• Never tell someone else your customer security information


• Never forget to complete the formal logoff when you end your on-line session, or leave your computer unattended


• Inform us immediately of any potential breach of security or problem with your account

• Always check your moneybookers/credit card statements for any transactions that look suspicious. If you see any transactions that you did not undertake, immediately report this to your you credit card company/moneybookers.

• Never click on a link or attachment in an email which purportedly sends you to a payment provider's website. Only access your payment provider's logon page by typing the address into your browser.


• Watch out for 'phishing' emails. This is where an email is sent from a third party, saying they are from your bank, moenybookers or credit card company or The Angry Grandfather, asking you to click on a link to confirm/update your security information. even if they include the registered logos of either The Angry Grandfather or your bank. If you have concerns about an email you have been sent, contact us the relevant company immediately.
