1.3 The Angry Grandfather's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

1.4 Each week only one entry per username per game will be accepted.

1.5 By registering for this game you agree to the Angry Grandfather publishing your username in the winner's column.

If your participation is suspended, your predictions will be void and you shall not be entitled to any winnings in respect of any such predictions.

1.15 You acknowledge that it is impossible to provide the Website completely free from error or interruption and that it is possible therefore, whether through our own fault or for any reason that the Pool Competition offered through this Website may be interrupted. We shall not be liable to you for any loss or lost opportunity (in particular, but not limited to, the lost opportunity to enjoy winnings from a game which would otherwise have been made by you had it not been for any interruption) howsoever arising

2. Registration and maintaining your account

3. Law

3.1 It is your responsibility to ascertain the laws concerning pool betting before registering with theangrygrandfather.com or before playing on this Website.

3.2 In addition, you must ascertain prior to playing whether there will be any local taxes applicable to any winnings you may receive from this Website. You are liable to pay such taxes and should act accordingly.

3.3 Persons who use this Website and are not at least 18 years old will not be entitled to receive any winnings. Any person who is not at least 18 years old and uses this Website in breach of these terms and conditions is committing a fraud and may be liable to criminal sanctions.

4. Winners

4.1 The prize money can only consist of monies paid in by participants into the pool for any given week. We guarantee to pay out 75% of monies received into the pool as prizes.

4.2 Details of each week's pool will be provided when results have been tabulated and winners notified. The winner will be the eligible person who scores the highest number of points.

5. Privacy

5.1 The Angry Grandfather is registered under the Data Protection Act to store and manage personal information. Our privacy policy and secure data storage systems ensure that any personal information held with us is safe.

5.2 When prediction pool players register with us, and on an ongoing basis, they have the option to provide personal details in order to receive more information from us. We undertake that this is the only usage made of the personal data provided to us. We guarantee that we do not pass this information to third-parties under any circumstances.
